Express Construction Property Maintenance Company, a subsidiary of Properties 101 LLC Property Management, also a subsidiary of Fidelity Equity Investment was created in 2002 in order to serve the maintenance needs of the properties under our care. The Maintenance Company is fully staffed with maintenance and carpenter workers as well as painters who have been trained in the handling of hazardous materials. Hourly rates are more than reasonable and are set with our clients' needs in mind, not as a means of profit.
