Properties 101 LLC is located at 900 Wilshire Drive, Suite 202, Troy, Michigan 48084, with office hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. You may call us any time at: 313.471.8888. Our staff is on call and equipped to handle any rental problem you may have.

Properties 101 LLC began in 2003 as a function of a local development and investment company, Fidelity Equity. By 2005 a full property management department was created and fee management of local properties became a specialty. Since then Properties 101 LLC has grown into one of Detroit largest local property management companies with almost 100 properties under its care and guidance.

During 2005, Mazen AbouNassr was hired to lead the development of the Property Management division. In 2007, Mazen earned the Certified Property Manager designation and his quest for excellence has never waivered. Mazen eventually bought out the original partners and made Properties 101 LLC a management-only company dedicated to unparalleled professional management of residential and commercial properties.

Mazen became Owner and President of Properties 101 LLC in May 2008 and he is proud to carry on a service of excellence and personal attention. Through this leadership, and many other prominent affiliations, Mazen is able to maintain a leading edge on current property management, ownership, legal and investment issues and is able to guide the company and advise his clients competently and with a high degree of insight.

Properties 101 LLC now employs three licensed Property Managers plus their support staff, complete receivables and payables bookkeeping departments and a maintenance company that are available during business hours, six days a week. Properties 101 LLC also maintains extensive contacts with all types of contractors and suppliers and, because of its high volume of business, is able to pass along fast service and substantial savings to its clientele.
